KALAMITSI VILLAGE

At about 11 km east of Toroni there is the settlement Kalamitsi, which is built in a cove which comprises 3 beaches. The second beach, 450 meters long, lies on the ‘foot’ of the settlement Kalamisi and offers to the guests all the comforts of a well-organized beach. On the left edge of the beach anchored boats are bunched up and for this reason the main bulk of visitors is headed towards the left side. It is worth visiting the rocks of the left side, next to the boats, in order to see the wonderful sculptures, carved on the rocks themselves. The fine sand and the green blue waters characterize also this beach.
