 Agiofili beach, Lefkada island |
To the south of Lefkada and approximately 2.5 miles south of the Basilica is a beautiful small beach, Agiofili. It can be accessed either through a 2km dirt road, either from the sea by boat. Many scattered rocks of all sizes adorn the beach. Coarse sand and small pebbles are the main composition of this beach, where the water is shallow at first but deepens quickly. It would be nice to buy food, drinks and refreshments if you stay all day. |

It would be prudent, before each trip to the beach (especially island areas) to advise the direction and speed of the wind, for the best selection of beach with no waves. |
