Sarakiniko beach, Milos |
One of the most photographed and stunning beaches of the island of Milos and Greece are Sarakiniko took its name from the Saracens pirates. Located on the north side of the island facing the islands of Kimolos and Sifnos. It is very well protected in the recess of a bay that penetrates deep into the land. The sandy area of the beach is very small, about 10 feet, but most of the visitors of the beach is installed over the white cliffs. The beautiful waters of the gulf, along with the volcanic rocks and caves, creating a lunar landscape, unique in its kind. Organization will not find on this beach so it would be good to get your supplies together. |
